The validated tissue list was generated using general tissue and sample types.All of them are frozen samples with tissue area smaller than 1cm*icm,section thicknees at 10μm,reagent version of Stereo-seq Transciptomics Kit V1.2 (very few with V1.1),sequencing amount at 1-3 G reads, data generated using Stereo-seq Analysis Workflow (SAW) of V2.1.0-v5.1.3,tested date ranging from 2020 to 2022. Test parameters and results generated are highly dependent on tissue and sample types, please use the information as reference only.
