📢 Calling all attendees of the Spatial Biology Congress Asia! 🌏🔬

We have an exciting lineup of speakers and research posters that you won't want to miss! Here's a sneak peek of what's in store for you:

🗓️ Day 1 Tuesday 7th November 2023

Time: 9:50 – 10:20

Don't miss the keynote speech by the renowned Florent Ginhoux! As an invited speaker and user of Stereo-seq technology, Florent will share his expertise and insights on the fascinating field of ‘Mapping Macrophage Diversity Spatially’. He will especially discuss how to transpose proposed concepts to disease to better understand macrophage heterogeneity. Get ready to be inspired by his groundbreaking work!

🗓️ Day 2 Wednesday 8th November 2023

Time: 15:10- 15:25

Mark your calendars for Xin Zhao's research presentation! Xin will be sharing her latest research results generated on the Stereo-seq platform. Her sharing topic is ‘Spatially Resolved Transcriptome Elucidates Bidirectional Tertiary Lymphoid Structure Interacts with Tumour Microenvironment of Non-small Lung Cancer’, providing valuable insights into the field of spatial biology. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from her innovative work.

📌 Additionally, there will be two poster presentations using Stereo-seq.

#1 Poster title: Integrated Spatial Transcriptomic and Proteomic Analysis of Fresh Frozen Tissue Based on Stereo-seq. The co-first author Yang Heng will present a new Stereo-CITE-seq workflow that can profile whole transcriptome and 119 proteins in mouse immune organs with high spatial resolution, reproducibility and accuracy.

#2 poster title: Spatial transcriptome of tumor-stromal boundary in CRC patients determines the immunotherapy efficacy. The co-author Young Li will share how their work uncovered the black box of how the molecular and cellular spatial structures of tumors determine ICB response by integrating Stereo-seq, scRNA sequencing and multiplexed imaging analysis to create high-definition tumor spatial maps.

These posters promise to showcase cutting-edge advancements in the field, offering valuable insights and sparking insightful discussions.

Make sure to plan your schedule accordingly to attend these sessions and engage with the groundbreaking research being presented. We can't wait to see you there!
