STOmics Stereo-seq Transcriptomics Set H&E is intended for generating a spatially-resolved 3’ mRNA library from H&E-stained biological tissue sections. Combined with tissue H&E staining, Stereo-seq workflow can obtain better tissue morphological information, to assist with tissue type identification, to obtain gene expression profile of specific tissue region, and to conduct downstream differential analysis between selected regions of interests.

Stereo-seq Transcriptomics Set for mIF User Manual

Stereo-seq transcriptome and multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) co-detection technology enables spatial visualization of multiple proteins on top of the unbiased whole transcriptome information on the same tissue slice. Without affecting mRNA capturing, the additional detected protein information can be integrated with gene expression data to in-depth evaluate valuable samples, and to parse complex pathological and physiological processes.
